60th Wedding Anniversary


A Diamond shaped Fruit cake. Iced in Royal Icing and decorated with a thick white satin ribbon, handmade edible white Roses and raw diamonds.
This cake was very exciting for me to do, I loved seeing the finished product.
I think this cake or one very similar would make an excellent wedding cake for a beautiful couple, I find it very clean, elegant and romantic.
I find myself feeling very proud when I look at these photos. A wonderful cake if I do say so myself.
